anyone have a hard time getting an updated esc thru fedex ?

My esc is stuck at fedex.

They're asking for a POA letter to import it, proof of shipment , description , proof there isn't a charge for update.


I've searched high and low and can't find an official anything saying the update is free. I know it's free as they didn't charge me (no CC info at all) but i'm sure fedex isn't going to take my word for it.

I provided a few links , hopefully it helps.

Anyone have any good links to a statement from mikado ?

I think i sorted out fedex , they said today there isn't a charge as it's a warrant item.

Need to get my vstabi account fixed up , got the 800 and i was in before but now it says i don't have permission.
