Default raptor 90 STD fuel plumbing

I have a standard Raptor 90 I just built and just want to make sure I have the fuel plumbing routed properly. The instruction book does not go into this at all. Anyone have any pics of their plumbing for reference or a web link? Thanks for the help.

What kind of engine? OS or YS, as the plumbing is different for both, If you have a pumped OS engine, that is different from a non-pumped OS engine. Have you went to the "Engine @ Muffler" section of the Helifreak website and done a search? You can usually find what your looking for there. Here is a diagram of how to set up a YS engine: http://www.heliproz.com/Templatericks.htm Hope you find what you need.

Fuel line from the main tank, or header tank, if your using one, goes into the nipple on the carb. Then run the pressure line from the muffler to the top rear nipple on the gas tank. That is your basic setup. You will need to have a fuel line clamp from the main tank, or header, to close the line during fueling, so as not to flood the carb. Most people use a T valve between the main tank, or header, and the carb to allow easy fueling.

The top nipple on the header tank is the inlet line from the main fuel tank. The nipple in the middle, with the black rubber grommit around it, is your outlet line that goes to the nipple on the carb. It is on that line that you put your fuel filter, "T" valve, and fuel line clamp. To fuel your heli here is what you do:

1) First clamp the fuel line that goes to the carb.

2) Take out the fuel line stopper that is on the "T" valve.

3) Insert your fuel filler line, and fill up your tank. Your header will fill up first, and then fuel will go into the main tank.

4) Put the fuel stopper back in the open "T" valve line, release your fuel line clamp, and your good to go.

If any of this sound confusing, take onother look at this: http://www.heliproz.com/Templatericks.htm You will notice the fuel line clamp, and the "T" valve/fuel filter leading from the carb to the main tank. Even though this is a YS setup, that part of it is the same for OS, YS, and TT engines, but instead of that line going to the main tank, it goes to the header tank. Hope you get it figured out. If you need more help, don't hesitate to ask.
