Default Wobble. Here we go again.

I recently upgraded to the trex 800 kit from a flybard F3C 700. I was having some rocking before but it was tight grips. I upgraded to the 800 and regreased the head and used all new bearings. I was getting a wobble at 1420 which was perfect with the 700 blades, but not the 800 blades. I use gov with 12/112 so the ESC is working pretty low output. At 1420 I have a rocking motion. At 1500 toilet bowl. At 1550 its super solid but higher rpm then what I want to use. I have a 10t pinion coming in and I hope to try 1300 rpms. The blade grips are loose and I use the red dampers.

Its a mystery at the moment.

There are so many things that will cause wobble. I had a friend go behind me and redo my head. I had put new bearings in and it wasn't meshing well. He put some aftermarket links on for me. I've noticed they were tight on the balls. The head is silky smooth by itself. I'm putting the factory links back on and see what happens. I may just need to hone out the new links. I also got RC car turnbuckles for easier tracking adjustment.

The factory links are much smoother and the wobble is nearly gone at 1420. I noticed that there is a bounce if I tap the elevator. If I do aeileron there is no bounce and its a smooth transition. So something mechanical is making a sloppy elevator but not aeileron.

with a 800 u need to run a lower head speed so if u gettin this wobble with fbl u need to get softer dampeners

I run my 800 down at 1100 - 1200 no issue with using hard dampeners..

And running my 900 and 1000 between 850 - 1050 still with hard dampeners.
