Make sure you get the CF gyro tray if not in your kit. Honestly the heli doen't require any upgrades.

Other than bling, how does a alum. tail pulley improve things? The plastic one works just fine.

The only upgrade my 3d+ needs is a FBL head... Then it will be complete.

As everyone said no upgrades required. It all works well out of the box. Make sure to check thrust bearings in the main and tail grips to ensure they're correctly installed, put grease in them and locktite the bolts (there are lock nuts on the tail grips so no locktite needed there). I just resolved my head wobbling and tail wag problems by doing just that and no CF gyro tray was required. I put my BeastX on the flipped front plastic electronics tray with 2 layers of 3M 4010 then metal plate and then 1 layer under the beast. Works great! I'm so happy now. Just have to finish tuning now.
