Created .ini file to calculate HS using logs, but can't open data files?

Hi guys, got the logview working for the regular kosmik ini, but I want to calculate my HS. I created an ini file using the link where it allows you to put in your motor pole, pinion, and main gear count.

I load the ini file just fine, but the option to import a data file is greyed out. Has anyone run into this?

Yes, I've been using the info at that link. Still doesn't tell me why the ini file I created won't allow me to view device data.

Never mind it should allow you to import device file. just setup mine on another pc

I can import device files just fine using the regular kosmik.ini file. It is when I try to create my own ini for calculating head speed that it does not accept importation of device files.

10 pole motor, 23t pinion, 208 main gear. It just doesn't work for some reason.
