Default 1 cell charging/discharging faster

I have a Revolectrix diamond 6s 5000mah pack. It runs fine but 1 cell always discharges and charges faster. The only problem I have is that it makes charging take a lot longer. I balance charge every time and always have on all my packs. The end/balancing portion of the charging cycle is taking up to an extra 20-30 min charging at 5a. If I charge at say 2c it just gets that 1 cell up there faster and ends up taking just as long because of balancing. Am I doing something wrong ir could something be wrong on my heli that is causing it to discharge faster in turn messing up the cell? I use a icharger 208b, it works perfect for every other pack I charge with it even my smaller 3s Revolectrix lipo. Any ideas? I am down to this one pack for my 600 right now and I don't get a lot of free time to fly. This pack only has about 40 charges max. Normally after a flight it is about 3.8 straight across but that one cell can be up to .1 lower. Never been below 3.65.

During the charge, does this one cell reach 4.2v before the others? Or do the other cells reach 4.2v before the one cell?

It reaches it first.....I just finished a flight and charged. When the amps dropped I looked and it was at 4.20 while the others were at 4.10. When put it on the charger it was 3.70 and the others were within .01 of 3.80.

when finished charging it was at 4.17 and others were at 4.20. So it was there first but then dropped eventually while balancing.

Can you check the IR? Did you buy the pack new, or used?

bought it new through amainhobbies ....ir ratings 2.....2....6.....6.....5......13. 13 is the cell giving me issues. I know revolectrix only has a 60 day warranty and I'm positive im past that. I actually had this issue clear back soon after I got it and posted on FB about it.

Sounds like cell 6 has lost some of its capacity.

John is shipping me a new one tomorrow and I am sending this one to him so he can see what's wrong with it. I am glad the situation was resolved. Great customer service! I will post results from new pack.
