Default Bergen Intrepid Gasser Build Videos

Here they are, the Pinecone build videos for the Bergen Intrepid Gasser.

Some of them are a bit large, but I have lots to say.

This is an amazing heli. I had a lot of fun doing the build. I do want to point out that this couldn't have been done without the assistance of the other HeliFreak members of the Bergen family and Chris Bergen and MaryAnn of Bergen RC.

One of the top things about this heli is the support from Bergen RC. They are there when you have questions, and gladly take the time to answer them. From the standpoint of customer support, they are the best that I have experienced.

Enjoy and come join the Bergen family.

Yes, in this first batch there is one missing. I managed to misplace the tape, so I completed the later videos and had to go back for the middle ones. I hope to have the Step 7 video up shortly.

There will be a break in video production as work catches up with me and I have to do some traveling. Most of the video has been shot, but not edited and compressed. Sorry for those that can't wait.

I also shot a lot of video before I starting putting them together, so yes, I noticed that I should have zoomed in at places more, or been more careful to center things in the shot. Oh well, that's how we learn. Hopefully they got better as I did some editing beofre shooting more.

Thanks.

The Getting Started was partially shot after most of the build and discusses some things about the overall build.

It isn't actually done, but I am going to try to get a quick test hover before heading out for a business trip. I will try to get it shot.

Finless will have to fix the link.

I like the look of the cheekless.

As a quick fix you can download it then change the file extension from txt to wmv and it will then play fine.

Glad you like it.

As to which gasser, I did a lot of research and thinking before getting the Bergen. But probably the single biggest thing is the support. I have talked to Chris on weekends, evenings, exchanged PMs in the late evening. They are really their to help you out.

A few more videos should be up by the weekend, then a hiatus while work intrudes.

You make it up in cost of operation. $1 per hour of flight time for fuel.
