Default Webra Speed 36GT Heli motor on 30% Nitro

I am running the Webra 36 in my Venture 30, On Sat I switched to Cool Power 30% fuel, After retuning the engine and flying around, the engine flamed out at 75 feet , Auto-Rotation brought it down safely, Does anyone have any experience with this motor and 30%. The glow plug had burned up causing the flame out.

from what i have heard webra don't do well with nitro or minimal like 5% nitro max just for a smooth idle. but you said the the plug burned out it sounds to lean to me. it should smoke like you are trying so fog for flying bugs on 30 % nitro.

I think the compression ratio for the Webra 32 is too high in stock form for 30% nitro. If you want to run 30% in the Webra 32 I would suggest to add .008 to .016 in shims additional to the shim already there. That should lower the compression enough to allow you to use the 30% nitro and still have plenty of power.
