Bob --
I'm finding the Elevator bell-crank balls are fouling the main mast at full up pitch and cyclic -- could I put them on the opposite side - I think that might cure it.

If the balls are hitting the main mast just loosen the set screw on the bell crank and the NOTCH on the shaft allows enough lateral movement to the right side of the frame to allow the balls to clear the main shaft.

Thank you so very much for your videos. Please keep up the good job you are doing. I use your video to build both my 450Se and the T-Rex 600. I now have another 600 on the work table and will be using your 600 videos to build it.
Thank you again for your time!! You have help alot of people and I hope they will let you know that!!! Again, Mr. White, thank you, you have help me with my T-Rex builds and I thank you for that!!

Hey Bob, Awesome vids.
I learned alot. Someone suggested that you should do videos showing the heli with the transmitter in a insert.
What do you think? Like the one you have on the sim.
Check out this video and see what I mean. It should be easy. You will need two cameras with a perfect sync.
Good luck

Hello:
I just wanted to let all of you know that the servo horns that are used in the build videos are available at tower hobbies for $2.39 for a bag of 2. here is the link

http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXN730&P=7

it does not mention the spacing on the web site but mine arrived today and there is a 15mm spacing on the shorter 3 hole arms.

Bob, I am new to Helicopters and thanks to you and your movies, I was able to build a trex 450se and set up a dx6 radio and fly it without any other help!! I like it so much I ordered a 600CF and just purchased a JR 9303. I could use help with the radio. I can not find help setting it up for either heli on this site and the instructions read like greek! So if you could point me in the right direction. Also, I have managed to learn to hover very well. I can fly head in and inverted on the G3 very good as well, but am crapping in my pants to take that leap of faith. How do I do it?

Hiya Bob.
I was watching the video of the set up Mod for FMA Direct adapter and the Align 22.2V 6S.

I have the same adapter from FMA and I want to charge the Evo 20 4900.

On the adapter one side has the connections for the TP and the other side for the PQ.

Now the 4900 has two sets of wires. One has 4 pin connector and the other has 6 pin connector. The manual says you can't use two connectors at the same time.

Where do these wires plug into?
Can you illustrate or show a pic?

Thanks

Just a note:
I posted on another thread that when I connected the battery on my TP1010 and TP210 I would get an error message that of wrong polarity on three batteries.
I dropped the charging amps from 1C to .65A and they charged.

One battery would not. I plugged in to the FMA charger and binco it worked.
The problem was that one cell was 2.90V and the others 3.7V

After the charge was complete the cells read:

1) 4.198
2) 4.203
3) 4,198
The battery took about an hour and a half to charge
I put in:
1) 1.220ah
2) 1.360ah
3) 1.360ah
Battery is: 11.1V 1800mAh
I use my PC to monitor the progress and it works like a charm.

Thanks again
Bill

Zorba, the best bet is to add the header I show in my video then go buy the Flight Power V-balancer pig tail (plug) for 6S. It will plug directly into the header I show and you wont have to worry about wiring errors.

ch4= Rudder
ch5= Aux/gyro

ESC gets plugged into the "throttle" channel. The BEC only needs to go to an empty slot on your RX so it can power your onboard radio system. If you do not have a spare slot or a slot marked batt then you can "Y" cord it to any existing channel.............(I would personally not use the throttle channel).

I am a JR guy and most JR RX's have a "batt" slot separate from the other channels that you can plug the BEC in to. Not having that on your Futaba RX is not a problem...........just use a "Y" cord.

I would personally use a "regular" tail servo in your 600. 9650 is not up to the job on a 50 size heli.
I bought the 401/9254 combo and it works great. I use the 401 with a JR 810G on the tail of my EVO 50 and that holds perfectly.

Yep... 9650 is a no go on a Trex600.....
Why someone included that in your kit is beyond me as it is obviouse they dont know what they are doing. Go get a 9254 for that 401.
