you have heli jive mode 6 selected instead of mode 4. Also don't take the headspeed calculator numbers as the gospel they are never 100% accurate.

Hey thank you, this is my first kontronic esc, I saw the word helijive in the calculator and thought that was meant for the helijive only.
My kontronic 120hv is version 11.

As Joe mentioned it looks like you are good to go 65% is the target and your required head speed is right at that point.

Ok so far I got this:
I program mode 1 and mode 4.
I set trottle % to my three way switch.
0 - 0,45,45,45 1600 rpm
1 - 55,55,55,55 1800 rpm
2- 65,65,65,65. 2000 rpm

My first spool up is at 2000 rpm @65% until governor kicks in.
Do I start off in my idle up 2 which is the highest head speed.
After that I can start off with normal and then switch to different head speed in flight.

you can start off in any of the curves. it basically sets a sliding scale that sets all headspeeds associated with throttle input so if you started at 45% and then went to 65% or started at 65% you would have the same headspeed either way. just make sure during start up in normal you arent moving inbetween 0-45% as its trying to set headspeed.
