Default HELP!!! Crazy after brushless install

Ok guess so today I had to basically rebuild my nano. New frame, new swash, new tail boom, new blades, new skids and new brushless motor. Now I have this crazy problem where the swash banks hard right and holds.

I'll run you through it start to finish.

Turn on TX and plug in battery. Nano runs through its little song and then is fine all controls are centered and active and blue light on main board is solid blue. During spool up at about 25% throttle the swap plate starts to bank until it's completely to the right . Sometimes it's more dramatic and just goes full right quickly. During this the tail motor is going crazy and the blue light begins to flash. I will try to put up a video to help any thoughts?

Ok update, I loosened the screws slightly on the main board and everything seems fine . If I snug them up everything goes crazy again. Loosen slightly and seems fine ...

Default vibes

Tightening the 3-in-1...

Doesn't that point right to vibrations?

I use spectral balancing on all mains and tails. My helis fly really well.

It sounds complicated but it is not.

Besides once I balance blades they fly better and longer between repairs and re-balancing. It's been 6 months since I damaged any blades.

Default yes

Once one nano went full down on the elevator servo as soon as the head got some speed. That was fun..

Vibrations will most definitely cause what you experienced. Take the main blades off and see what happens. Don't hold it in your hand. Any slight movement the gyro detected it will try to correct.

I tried what you suggested with the blade off. Main blades and tail blade. same results unless i unscrew the 3in1 board screws a 1/4 turn.

Default I forgot to mention once...

I forgot to mention that the nano that did full down elevator did it with no blades on too.

I had to balance the rotor head on that one. A little piece of blue masking tape did it. I probably used Audacity and spectral analysis , too. Maybe not. It's been a while.

It had a new main shaft, gear and good shaft plastic hub and plastic grips. But it needed that stuff balanced.
