Was the box sealed when it arrived ?
Contact the seller, maybe he/she opened it to verify the contents and forgot to put it back.
Its one of the least expensive part of the heli apart from the bolts and nuts,so I don't see why somebody will steal those.

From a MAJOR UK retailer.
PLUS what i'm REALLY anoyed about is the canopy is damaged, looks like it's been dropped on its nose as the paint and some gelcoat is smashed off plus where the metal parts go inside the canopy for transit, the parts have been forced into the canopy slightly cracking the paint and gelcoat in 4 places

Send it back someone open that box. Sucks when your build starts out like that.

Interesting, I just started a build of a 700e super combo as well and my canopy is cracked on the right side about 3" from the nose .. Was in a sealed box. Has anyone tried contacting Align about these type of issues ?

My canopy was cracked in an unopened box as well. Sounds like they need to look in to how they are packing these things. Fortunately for me, the LHS that I bought it from swapped it out for me.

Just contact the retailer, they should take care of you.

I'm going to try that, I have also sent a message to Align. I'm interested in what they have to say, these kits are not cheap so there's no excuse for damaged parts being packed in them.

My canopy was the same way, after my dirtnap it had many more so I never got the chance to contact anyone about it. Seems to be an issue though, my kit was a sealed box too.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. Mine arrived with a couple near puncture type cracks in the nose.
Haven't contacted the hobby store.

Same here, the culprit was the electronics tray was jammed into the canopy, cracked both sides a few inches from the nose...

Satsuma. Unfortunately, a cracked canopy is a common occurrence in this model. Mine suffered the same. As far as the missing tail blades, that's not common. The kit should come pretty much complete.

Having said that, I know you are a MASTER at scale paint and could come up with a much better design.

On a different note, I'm still drooling over this one as it is my ultimate dream to own one (Turbine size but electric). Anyway, hopefully you get your issues resolved. The Trex 700 is a good unit.

Spoke to one of the guys at the field today he bought the same super combo kit and he also has a bad canopy. His has a hole in it. Of course no one has replied to my email or facebook message.

If any Align reps read this it seems that you have a problem..
