For sure it is . I have 1100KV, 6S, 14-42-19-61 = 2535, but at about 80% THRO it is even lower. Just learning it and... will upgrade to 520mm very soon so than will do better gearing.

Standard that was in the kit (the white one). It is just covered with some orange/black sticker Was planning to paint it at first, but then got some nice orange film for 2$. Will do some pic tonight.

BTW - 3000mah nano fits just fine.

That's good to know - I killed my 2650maH Nano last weekend, I bought another one - but might try a 3000 next time.

Mike.

I'm working on side flips - some are OK, some are aweful. It was a bit too windy to be doing stuff that I'm not really good at, but the Hurri gives so much confidence I was doing it anyway. To cut a long story short - I got a bit of down-elevator thrown in in the second half of the flip, so I went inverted sideways, then back upright sideways, then inverted backwards, then smacked into the ground . I thought "sod it", cut the throttle and started walking over to see that the front of the heli started smoking - arghhhh I thought, rushed over and pulled the smoking firework nano off the front - damage = nano + CF blades + CNC rotor grip arm + boom + belt + boom supports + undercarraige + main shaft. Not a good afternoon's flying

Didn't take any pics - but just imagine a pile of crumpled and bent bits with a battery gentley smouldering in the background

Just joking and I know it is so sad when you crash...

So - pic promised:

As you can see it is far from being perfect but starting 2-3m distance you can't see it anymore

They do get twisted quite easily, and are replaceable of course... but you can also straighten them in a vice

I've done a couple of sets. I would only do it a couple of times and then replace as they may work harden but I've had no issues. FWIW I DON'T protect them when they go in the vice jaws so they get little dimples on the surface of the alu and I know that they have had some treatment...

Yeah - that's the one, I'll see if I can straighten it but have bought a pair in the meantime
