unpacked it after getting back from the tattoo parlor at 9:00 tonight. Just I as was doing a preflight checkover, my work phone started going off. That took 2 hours

Will have to fly tomorrow. Besides my arm is itching like crazy.

Tightened my feathering shaft, (wondered what those plastic things were for)
and flew two batteries. Love this little bird.

I unpacked and flew 10 batteries. No crashes until the 4th battery and broke first part on 5th battery (landing gear). Charged my 5 batteries, replaced skids with msr skids and broke them also. I think I need to order about 5 more sets of landing gear.

+1 on breaking the landing gear (front pin).
did two flights inside my office. Found out that there are lightyears in between me and indoors 3D. Had 10 crashes on the first battery - then changed the setting on the DX6i and flew very nice circles with the second LiPo.
It's a great bird.

Switched to bullet blades. Seems much more stable for flying in the living room, not as twitchy as with FF blades.

Tried to bind the helicopter to my DX8 again, failed to bind... I am 9 flights in and it has gotten progressively worse it seems to bind.

Will try a few more things tonight, and if I don't have luck, I will have to give HH a call again.

Cobbled together some skids from broken ones. With a little CA, shrink tube and broken skids and frames you can cut and splice together useable ones.

Tail hold is the same. I switched the boom, motor, fin, and prop because I developed a nasty tail wag. It was the same with and without the cf fin and kbdd. I loosened the feathering shaft and the wag started to go away. I think I need to loosen it a little more.

Installed MH's skids and Rakon tail. Fits perfect, but front battery loop VERY tight!

Flew a few battery's around the office at work and wowed my coworkers with my mediocre skills. Just wait till I learn inverted on this baby! They'll love it! Hehe

Thanks. It doesn't quite have the same effect as those pics I've seen with the mCPX on the blades of 700's, but was worth showing how tiny this li'l bird is.

I broke the stock boom, flying inverted into a picket fence
So I made a solid boom, and left it stock length. Flies great
