Are those the version without the AR part?? I think that the swashplates without AR are shipping, but the version with the AR is delayed/not ready. Website doesn't even have a real picture of it.

That's right. I didn't order the anti-rotation guide.

I placed my order on the 10th. Status was changed to processing very quickly and has stayed on processing since. This is my first order from these folks. 5+ days to ship an in-stock item seems excessive.

Might be time to look into a refund before its too late......especially since I am considering selling off my nano because I can't get it to fly right.

Are those rear mounted AR-guides or std. side mounted?

Dylan, do you have a rear mounted AR-guide in the works yet?

Honestly, right now no....my nanos flip flat and predictable and perfect stock, I will be getting the swash when they hit retailers, but not sure if the rear ARB is going to do anything for me besides add weight.

Can you tell us what you think about them? Do they tighten up any sloppiness and make it more stable while flying?

After waiting for Microhelis page to load...man that site is slow.

They still don't have comparison weights up? Definately want to know what they weigh before considering it. I also hope they either used a steel pillow ball or we can pop in the stock. The aluminium pillow ball in their mcpx swash is far from the ideal material. May have done it to "cheat" the weight or for ease of tooling.

Stock swash is fine for me but it is pretty sloppy although how much of this actually comes into play when under load is hard to quantify.

Hey Rustynailz, since you have those in hand....

I was looking at the pics on MH, and now the ones you posted.

What is the shaft protruding from the tail servo ball link? I'm guessing that's for compatibility with that frame brace version of the swash. But if you don't get the frame brace, like yourself, does it pass through the hole on the servo link?

Asking because I want to order this thing, and I don't see the need for the brace either.

I haven't installed it yet, but I did check the width of the shaft against the hole in the ball link. The shaft is very narrow, and will slide through without issue.

Here it is installed. I did a control test, and found that there were no issues with that little piece of shaft. I also did one flight: no issues. Click image for larger version

So what is the weight difference between the stock swashplate and this aluminum one?

Reason I ask is that I have noticed how every single gram affects the performs in this little heli.

hi!

i'm from Italy and i bought a swash with a/r but it has a problem...

the instruction:

i mailed microheli support in 11/15/12 and i'm still waiting an answer:

"I put the swash and the anti-rotation on my nano, but the elevator link touches the anti-rotation, bending it.

Is this normal? may give problems to the main shaft or to the servo?

thanks"

i tried to dremel the inside of the frame, where sets the carbon a/r, as it is inclined forward but I don't have solved.

this weeknd, I'll try to dremel yet, as i have to disassemble for brushlessing

they should do an a/r p z-bent, to avoid interference with the elevator servo link!

thanks for any help!
