Default 18SZ Castle Creations Bailout issue

I am trying to get my bailout to work on my castle speed control. I believe I have setup the end points correctly, but please inform me if I have done this correctly.

I went under End point and adjusted the travel on high and low to 130 then I adjusted the limits down to 40 each. I then powered on the unit with the throttle in the high position. I then adjusted the limit up on the high side until it beeped. I then put the stick into the min position it beeped and I adjusted the min limit down until it beeped.

For bailout I then went into the conditions menu and verified that hold was at the bottom of the priority (I also tried it right under normal). I then went into the Throttle hold screen and adjusted the Hold pos up until the motor started to spool, I put it down one number (29).

From there I put the heli into idle 1 mode (blades off of course) and let it spool up. I flipped the switch into throttle hold and then back out and it did a soft start.

It keeps doing a soft start no matter what I do. I have confirmed in the castle software that bailout is engaged. Am I missing something? I really thought I just needed to adjust my throttle hold like I did on my Dx9 to get it to work.

Did you put the tick in the box for Auto-Rotation abort before or after you calibrated your end points? It needs to be checked before the end point calibration.

Setting up the hold you need to have it up and then adjust down till the motor stops and not the other way round like you did.

Checkout the vid below

This was working fine on my Dx9. So it was checked before I calibrated the end points.

Ok, so I figured out what it was. So this had nothing to do with the radio. I ended up resetting the esc back to defaults and resetting it back from scratch. That didn't do it so I started to read in the castle forums.

What it ended up being was that I only had a single 6s pack hooked up so it was never reaching the desired headspeed. The bailout will only work once the headspeed was reached.
