Default I just cannot catch a break

I am getting to be downright afraid to fly this thing.
Seems every time I go up, something happens. I refuse at this point to even do circuits or any inverted hovering, for fear of a failure.

Notice anything missing??

I had just done a small circuit, came into a 20' high hover, and all the sudden a "THWUNK" and she starts spinning. Had I been upside down, or in a fast motion, this would have been a serious crash! I just cannot seem to win on this thing. The tail rotor hub actually failed on me.

I had a tail failure on my second day out with the belt version. Not fun.

That stinks.

That was the most vibrating thing I ever saw. Soon as it snapped (the blade is in the picture actually, exactly as it was when I landed it) the rear bounced around such a ridiculous amount. I have yet to start a rebuild, but I am going to tear the entire tail off just to check it out for other failures.

Damage to date is as follows -
Front landing skid cross member (hard set down!)
Tail rotor hub
Tail pitch assembly
Tail rotor shaft
Torque tube drive gear.

The torque tube gear under the main drive gear was destroyed. The actual gear is OK, but central piece is completely shattered. I wonder if I shouldn't just replace the torque tube and torque tube gears too. If the load was so great it broke the main torque tube gear, I can only imagine the stress that went on that thin little torque tube. Having a prior failure of the torque tube mid flight, I am paranoid about it failing again, believe you me!

Did the bolt break off inside the hub? I can't tell from the picture.
