I can fly the h out of my little mCPx no worries of crashing, mainly just working on orientations. Fly it nose in pretty well, scred to try it with my Trex 500 let alone the 700 that I've hovered a grand total of maybe 6 times, awesome power, wish I hadn't gotten it so cheap, can't afford to crash it.

You are not saying anything new. I have seen a lot of people getting 700's because everyone said the bigger the easier. They left out the scarier!! and the most pricey. Tap the ground with those blades your looking at $90

Well my mate reckons I done OK for my first build only needed 1 1/2 turns on elevator servo rod to level swash , all of the rest was good, glad I spent the time measuring stuff. So back home and starting to do the braiding. Hoping to take her down the indoor tomorrow night for a test hover. Will try and do a vid

I'm also picking up a ESP head used that comes with the CF paddles and the tarot solid upper links. Those links will make set up a breeze. And once I'm comfortable flying ill throw on the cnc grips ( only cause I got a great deal). Lol I love bling but I'm not gonna go to crazy. On my blade 4503d I spent like $300 on cnc upgrades and now when I fly it I'm afraid to crash. That kind of defeats the purpose. I should be using the 3d as a beater but I can't it's to purdy. Lesson learned. As for my 450x it's bone stock. Besides she's a bad ass bird stick anyways. So for now I beat the dirt out of my nano.

You know it don't take much to zip tie that wire on pic 2 to that little piece of cf right there at the tale. I still would hate for you to report back, "You told me so".

It is zip tied as per your previous discovery. I'm glad you told me that. Cause it could have sucked. I just did it in a way it's hard to see. Click image for larger version

Yeah this coaxle is NO JOKE lmao. It's huge it's actually bigger than my trex 500. Substantially bigger. It's the thought that counts right. I was shocked she got me a Heli at all. Amazing. And it's a 3.5 channel. I wonder if I can fly smack with it

Well ,, the maiden didn't go well . Tail wags like a b...tch , after a lot of head scratching and lots of adjustments not much of an improvement . Where do I start? Apparently the first step is to turn the gyro 45 degrees what do you guys think.

What is your gyro setting in your tx? Do you have the servo ball at 10mm out on the servo arm?
