Default HeliJive (v11) mode 4 causes slow wag

Just like the title says, about 1 Hz, and a slow CCW drift (maybe 1 degree per wag). If I switch to Mode 2 on the HeliJive, the tail is steady as a rock with a flat TC. Using vBar Pro 5.2 (blue line, full size). This is on a Synergy E7, the one in my sig. I'd like to run the governor, but not if I can't cure the wag. I've been through Justin Pucci's tail tuning guide, and disabling the governor is the only thing that helps. Any ideas? I'll be happily ungoverned in the meantime.

Running Hacker ? try programming the KSA mode on top of modes you already have and see the wag go away. That is what I had to do one mine.

I have seen that before with to small a pinion I noticed you are running a 13t with the hacker 470kv you may want to try the 14t 13 seems small to me unless you fly at 1900.

Yes, I was running a 14T before, but I do like flying at 1900 for longer flight times. I'm a sport flyer and still pretty new, so no smack for me (not yet anyway). I target 1900 for IU1 and 2050 for IU2. The 13T seemed to be a better fit for that range with my setup. The wag was there with the 14T as well, but now that you mention it, I'm not sure if the wag got worse after the switch to the 13T...hmmm...possibly. I'll keep this in mind if KSA mode doesn't eliminate the wag. Thanks for the input.
