What tail rotor are you running? I have the mcpx v2/v3 tail rotor, which holds pretty good. On wowhobbies' website, it's called the PRO Genius CP tail rotor under their Genius page. It's good upgrade from the stock yellow/black tail rotor blade.

What are your rudder gyro settings? Do you have many vibrations? Also, are you running a stock genius, or BL genius?

I usually find that good collective management can help with tail blowouts during flips/rolls/etc. I can make the tail blow out if I want to, with some heavy collective changes, but overall, it holds pretty well while doing 3d.

The best and only proper way to get rid of tail bolow outs is an extended tail boom.

You could buy 2.0mm square cf tube from rcfoam and cut it to 140 mm.

It works really well with C05 motor and improves tail authority in general.
