Mezon on Logo 600 airframe
I am posting this after a question about the Mezon 90 fitting the 600 Logo frame.
Here are some pictures. I am running the Mezon on a 600SE on 10S. First impressions are good. It is a very light ESC and includes the heatsink. It fits nicely with a simple tie wrap holding it in place. It stays cool (not as cool as the jive). The built in governor is good and very close to the jive gov performance. My bats are old so it needs to do a lot of work to manage RPM. It has less overspeeds than the jive. After running the RPM sensor to the vbar and setting up the vbar gov it just blasts. The vbar is a bit strange when reaching the desired rpm but then it has no problems. Very solid performance. The reason why I switched from all kontronik to all jeti is that the quality is superb and has all the features you need HV BEC, RPM sensor, heatsink, super light, great price etc. After using it and having a Mezon 130RPM also my advise to anyone thinking about it is to go for the 130. Weight and price dif is too small for the 90 to be a reasonable buy. |
