Why do you think the Logo 600 is where it is today...plastic frames hard to copy and is a upgrade over the carbon Logo 600 and flies better, less weight to move resulting in lower headspeed with similar performance.

Most logo owners with plastic frames want all Logos to follow, most that bought a Logo carbon first wants to see carbon, It is very possible for a 700E to be made with plastic frames incorporating the XXtreme features. To me the plastic frames is what set them apart from the rest, and carbon brings them closer to the rest.

I agree, and feel the same way about the Protos. As for disk loading, I would assume that the battery weight and motor dominates all other factors. I'll take the weight savings on the frame and trade it for extra bearings here and there.

By the time I catch up with my Logo 600, I would love to have the choice between a Logo 700 and a Protos 700, both plastic... (the Protos 700 almost certainly won't be plastic...)

Most electric 700s are well heavier than their nitro counterparts. If they can get a 700 down to nitro weights with a pair of 6s 5000-5500ish packs it would be awesome!

just saw prices for replacement parts.. WOW 200.00 for that canopy.

Edit: Well I see that they have started adjusting prices from what I saw before. So the prices have started coming down.
