It's reported there was an improvement in the US economy during the quake as politicians left their offices and ran into the streets

It looks like that quake was just the "opening act" for the east coast. CNN is reporting that Hurricane Irene is going to hit the New York area with 100 MPH winds. Of course the protocols of humanitarianism dictate that both Castle North and Castle West offer full refuge and sanctuary to Night's armada and its guardian. Mel will look after the dog and the MCPX. An armada of this size can only be properly shipped via Fedex. Castle North will arrange the freight for the Canadian cargo. Don't worry Mel, I'll ship you down some dog food and a pooper scooper, prepaid!

This morning I was enjoying my second flight at the soccer field. Everything was perfect. Blue sky, mild temperatures and quiet bugs. The bird was performing excellently. Off in the distance I heard a rumble combined with a metallic clanging sound. I knew it was neither earthquake or bird. A quick check of my peripheral vision confirmed the worst. Stumblebee's air time had run out. The municipal groundskeeper had arrived.

I considered my options at this point. I could simply use the 450 to go over his head, literally. Unfortunately, my feet would remain on the ground and in his direct path. He was driving a Massey-Ferguson weighing multiple tons. I was flying a TRex 450 weighing less than three pounds. He had twin outrigger blades measured in feet and made of sharpened steel. I had one set of carbon fibre blades measured in inches. He was powered by hundreds of diesel fired horsepower. I was powered by milliamps. He was driving in an air conditioned cab. I was standing alone in the field. HE WON!

Maybe I will get back later on today and appreciate the fruits of the groundskeeper's labour.
