\Documents\PhoenixRC\Schemes that's the correct path.
Did you remember to U-zip the files first.
You need to take the .bmp (Pictures) and put them there.

And remember, they don't show up as new heli's. The colours are "hidden" in the editing section of the original model.

The file names must match up in order for the schemes to display.

if the Goblin is in the system as:
Program Files/PhoenixRC/resources/objects/aircraft/helicopters/electric/goblin700

then the scheme filename must match the goblin700 like this

Documents/PhoenixRC/Schemes/goblin700#Monster

The portion of the filename preceding the # must match exactly the filename as found in the first path I described. You can be descriptive after the # and make it what you want.

Don't ask me how I know.

I'm getting a virus warning message from McAfee when I try to download the files...should I just ignore it?

Cheers!

The extension is .txt You need to change it to .zip to open it.

Attached a yellow color scheme. Do not have ready access to Phoenix to test, but should work.

Literally 10 mins in gimp. Selected all the red colors and changed hue. Tell me how it goes.

Right click on attachment. "Save link as". Specify filename as goblin700#770Yellow.zip instead of goblin700#770Yellow.txt. (I'm using firefox, but should be able to do similar in IE or Chrome)

If I get a report it works, will do a blue one by the same method if people want.
