Question Align 500DFC extrem vibrations

Hi felow flyers,
I recently upgraded my HK500 TT and put Align DFC head with Align DFC main shaft, main gear hub, both gears. I'm using RJX FBL Blades. Stock swashplate.
But I get extrem vibrations, it caused couple times tail case unscrew it self.
I've changed all moving parts in the Heli, but nothing helps
Without blades, the heli spins quite smooth, but when I put main blades on it's a disaster. The vibrations is somewhere in the Head. I balanced the blades, I even put other ones, but this problem still makes me desperate.
I'm starting to believe, that my DFC head is defected from the factory.
Please help, since I'm trying to figure out whats wrong more tha month

Stock motor? If so, change the bearings. Common problem.

Stock motor? must not of read your post. There is no stock motor with a HK. The DFC head is a almost complete ridged head so anything that was vibrating or out of whack before will be amplified many times over. If your using the HK stock TT shaft and bearing lug I would replace it with Align. Also make sure you have zero play in your swash

Yes I know, but I had it laying around from my old Hurricane 550. So with 16T I have 2500 rpm governored head speed, I can bog it during tic-tocs.

Something isn't setup right also 2500 is kinda low head speed. Most you can get with that setup is 2700 rpms. Also try using some locktite on your screws. I don't know why people have parts come loose with vibrations. Make sure your blades are not too tight. If i were you i'd turn off the gov and run it at 100%.

Make sure you have equal pitch, level swash and try with a second set of blades. Everyone blames the parts but rarely its the issue. Usually improper setup, missing parts or damaged parts from a crash.

Actualy I found cause of vibration. Swash had some sloop and blades had different pitch, although the blade grips links was exact same lenght (maybe due to swash).
I'm planing to put scorpion hk 4015-1450kv and then set the headspeed to 2800 rpm. What pinion should I get for that? Maybe 15T?
