It's posted above the consumer reviews. I charge my 30C Rhino packs at 2C and the IR is staying the same over 30 cycles. (3mOhm)

Thanks for the tip chris.
I;ve been charging my trunigy's at 3amps so far. I think i'll change that to 5amps , still less than 2c and should shorten up 'charge nite' a bit martin

I love this place!
I just have to say that I really love this place/forum. Everyone has been so helpful during this decision process between a Protos and a T-Rex and I was so close to getting a T-Rex. The T-Rex is a good machine but I wanted something different that I could grow with to get me to the next level, Opinions are bias but I chose the Protos based on what I like. Also the Protos uses a similar setup as my Spectra-G gasser. Can't wait to get the Protos. A big thanks to everyone! I'm sure more questions will come during the build which should start next week. Thanks!

Got the Kit today
Received my Protos Carbon kit and Canomod canopy today! WOW that was quick. I wasn't expecting to have it until early next week sometime. Waiting on my cyclic servo's before I start the build.

Welcome to the club.
If your fingers want to build something, you can just start with the tail and head assembly...

This one. Not sure that I'm going to keep it. No canopy holes drilled and I'm not too sure I like the color. More grey then while. |

Yea and that's why I'm going to return it. Once I received it and checked out the color I wasn't pleased. It actually looks more grey in person rather than white as it appears in the picture on the web site. Looking to return it for this canopy instead. |

That would be much better. I'm not the biggest fan of yellow but it sure shows well.
I've also put the monocote trim sheets on my canopys for stripes and definition. Even this one is hard to see on an overcast day (450sized) http://www.rcflightstore.com/product...oducts_id=2435 martin

No build yet!
To be honest with you I haven't even started the build yet.:o Been too busy with the process of buying a new house, work and family. I got too many other projects on the table also. (Restoring a 1987 Honda TRX125 4-wheeler for my daughter and restoring a 1984 Honda ATC70 with a 140cc motor) I want to start the build since I do have everything I need except the connectors for the ESC to use the Turnigy packs I just got. Not sure where to get the 4mm bullet connectors and plugs that will work with the Turnigy packs. Also I'm not sure if I want to change all the packs over to Deans since the Turnigy packs have 10gage wire that seem to be difficult to solder on the Deans tabs. Any advice on where to get the 4mm bullet connectors that will work with the Trunigy packs other than HK? Thanks!

you can use deans without the big lump on one side, just twist the copper, tin it, then dremel a slot in it..

I think he means dremel a flat on the side of the tinned 10ga wire so that it sits down flush on the tab.

I mean dremel an actual slot in the tinned cylinder of wire, assuming it is fat enough. So it looks kind of like a deep slotted screw (the old fashioned kind, not cross-head). then you put the deans tab into the slot and melt the solder on both sides and add a bit more.
