If anyone has a Radikal G30 and is interested, heliworld.com is selling FBL heads for the Radikal G30 part #SPC12EN-CN2520 on their website for 145.00. the original price is 199.00. Their website says they will only be selling ten at the discounted price.

Yes it is a great deal unless you are a dealer that tries to keep stock of the Century line.Ever wonder why there are so few Century dealers? I have the G30 Flybarless head and G20 kits on the shelf that are next to impossible to sell because of there stupid marketing ideas. How hard is it to sell something that your cost is 2 times as much as what the manufacturer is now retailing it for. Now you know why there are so few Century dealers
Sorry for the rant apache83 as it is a great deal for anyone looking for one as is the crazy deal on the G20's that is posted on here also.

Dennis I feel for you and everyother dealer, as this was and will be the last century heli I buy. I have not been overly impressed with the quality of century products I have bought verses the cost of buying them. They have the possibility to be a quality helicopter, but not as long as they attempt the mass production style they currently do. I personally will purchase a Bergen heli as my next as I know after several conversations with Bergen, he has a quality product that to me is worth the money spent.

I purchased the n640 from heliworld while it was on sale. A couple of parts were missing from the kit so I called yesterday. They took my name and number and said a tech would call me back. Still no phone call yet. I dont understand why a tech has to call you back to get missing parts. Seems like this would be done upfront. Dennis as far as parts go from you what is the best option?

Have to agree that their customer service is inconsistent.
Rarely return emails or phone calls.
I'm learning to rely more on dealers.

Agree for sure. You will find that Dennis, and some others here, represent some of these dealers. You see them appearing here reqularly. They are hobbiests like us, who seem to fly what they sell & give freely of their time to help any of us when we need it.

I sorta feel sorry for Dennis & others like him, when Century, who owns Heli-World, have sales where they sell Century products at prices lower then these fellas can usually buy it for. So I admire guys like Dennis who still come in and help us. IMHO, there should be someone from Century doing so every day.
