Newport News Park RC Club 2013 SWAP Meet.

DATE: Feburary 16,2013
Place: Immanuel Baptist Church,69 Saunders Rd, Newport News, VA. Same location as last year. http://mapq.st/TWRFrX
Time: Doors open for set-up at 8:00am. Open to Public at 9:00am. No selling before 9:00am
Swap Meet hours: 9am to 1pm.
General Admission: $5.00
Sellers: 1st table & 1 admission $12.00; 2nd Table $8.00; 3 Tables & two admissions $28.00

Reserve tables early as 2012 was a complete sell out. We were down to renting floor space.
Don't delay Reserve early.

Plenty of food. Come hungry. All food and drink provided by Church Youth Group.

How many tables do you normally sell?
Just wanted to get an idea of how big your event is.
Our club has a couple of members (venders) that travel to events that have
100-150+ tables rented on average.

The Swap Meet Raffle prize is a Plug-N-Play Funtana X 50. The plane is 100% complete
except for a receiver and battery. Everything is completely new and never
flown. The Funtana was meticulously assembled by a master craftsman with
