im new to the helicopter thing i orderd a dual rotor gt model and i wanted to change it to a single rotar is there a kit r do i have to do mods

Im not too familiar with that particular heli but I seriously doubt it can be changed to a single rotor Heli. Sorry

Being a dual rotor model, it would not have a gyro and the tail rotor is likely to be horizontal not vertical. It would be much easier and probably cheaper to simply buy a single rotor heli.

Your two rotor heli has two cyclic servos at most, a single rotor takes three or more and your bird would not be built for the third. Fly your's for awhile and get to know the controls. This will give you a great start in prep for a "collective pitch" helicopter. There is a world of difference between the two types. Take your time, look into a flight simulator that will aid in developing your skills and lastly, stick around here, there is lots to learn.
