RJX statement:
"The new RJX Vector full body version is limited to 300 pcs. World wide." It does not look good. What about parts availability in years to come? They are the only source of parts. Will they abandon this design after selling only 300? |

RJX is in business for 10 years by now, longer than some other manufacturers. you can still buy spare parts of all helicopter they made other than some competitors

I use RJX FBL 50 heads in my stretched 700s. I like them. They performed flawless.
I am sure RJX is using high quality materials. I wonder if RJX HV servos are made by RJX? Probably they are just rebranded servos from another factory. I can be wrong. They have good specs and work very good but two of them failed on me causing two crashes. I have mixed feelings. I trust KST HV 815, 805 servos more. Just my experience. Do not take it for granted. Regarding Vector I hope to see positive reviews. I know in the past there were many issues with Align 700. Align was eliminating weak points for few years and now seems reliable. RJX will not have this opportunity if they want to stop production at 300. Why do they plan only 300 kits? |

I like the belt tension adjustment but I don't like the 'Rube Goldberg' anti-rotation device...and those are some seriously wimpy looking ball links. They look like they belong on a 450 or smaller.

I agree and head to high, nothing seems to appeal to me on this, although the rjx heads looks blingy they were subject to not very good bearings |

they plan to make 300 edition kits,
edition kit is with Kit number, pilot name on canopy, tail boom and main blades. they will continue to sell VECTOR after that. RJX servo are made by RJX just as BK servo are as OEM. the ball link look kind of small on the picture, but are equally to the link used in a goblin for instance. never had any issues with bearing on RJX rotor head

I'll be ordering one in a few months...
Anyway the only helis that look this good are Diabolo Speed, Goblin Speed and TDR Speed. The standard Goblin isn't in the same looks department as it is more like the JR Forza 700 and Align Speed. As for the AR bracket it's just a different version of the cantilever "A Arm" used on the TREX Pro, Thunder Tiger and JR helis. Instead of an A Arm they made it an I Arm. If it works who cares if it uses a A, I or U arm? |

I wonder what the next trend in the hobby will be? Seems like all the helis are after a goblin look, hmmm wonder what will be hot next year

That's what I'm guessing the 450ish goblin is gonna look like. Some sort of pod and boom.

Why do people refer to full fuselage as the "Goblin look"? SAB didn't invent the full fuselage. Also look at the full fuselage speed helis...are those copying the "Goblin look"?
The Vector is a full fuselage like the speed helis not like the ugly Goblin with Santa Sleigh skids and half exposed frame. Also look at the landing gear, that's a "speed" LG not Santa Sleigh skids... |
