Default UDI U12A won't fly forward

Hope this is in the right section - I have no idea what "class" the UDI U12A is in, but this seemed like the correct location.

Just got it, and trying to get the feel for it. Hover is fine, etc. Right/Left turns are slow (i.e. not "snappy"), doesn't seem to respond real fast in right/left turn.

However, it doesn't want to fly forward. If you get the "right" amount of throttle (not real fast), it will tip forward and try to go forward, but at that throttle setting, it just sinks or crashes. At "normal" throttle, it will go backwards - very fast. Just won't go forwards.

Other than that, everything seems fine - video works, etc.

I know I could put some weights on/in the nose in an attempt to get it to be a bit nose heavy, but not sure that's the correct solution. And if it is - any idea about how much weight to start off with? 1/5/10/15 grams?

Thoughts/ideas?

ok. ill take a shot. by looking at the vids and pics on google Im guessing the prop at the end of the tail is whats driving you forward or backwards? Is it spinning in the right direction...ie..picking the tail up when you want to go forward? Balancing with weigh will only work if the heli is truly out of balance. Hold by the top of the main shaft and see if it leans real bad one way or the other. if so a little lead may be in order, but it sounds like the biggest issue may be the prop at the tail.
