Balancing Batteries

So I have a 306B and just got a 406DUO today and am getting weird charging results. My 406 is telling me that my battery is 4.205, 4.189, 4.191, 4.189, 4.191, 4.198. Ok, so I have a little external balancer that shows all the cells and I'm getting much different results. I was getting 4.22, 4.19, 4.19, 4.18, 4.17, 4.21. WTF?! Which do I believe? My 306B was giving strange results like that too, at least when checked against my mini balancer. I can plug the lipo into it and I was able to balance out the cells, but why are both of my chargers giving out such off charges?

I just took a 6S 1800mah lipo off the charger and the 406 says it's at 4.18, 4.17, 4.17, 4.17, 4.17, 4.18. Why is it not charging all the way to 4.2?

Are your odd voltage readings from a single lipo charge? or multiple lipos parallel charged?

And .03 v is like 5 secs of flight time. mine always sag back. think how little that is.

No, I'm parallel charging. If I take all the batteries off and charge one at a time, I get a more balanced charge. Sometimes though, I'll get two cells charging to 4.22 and one to 4.16, 4.18 kind of all over the board. So, I don't know my batteries are pretty out of whack or what because this is two chargers now. I'm mostly concerned with the cells not all being charged the same.

You have some packs that could be moved out of parallel charge rotation.. higher IR's or something. I make sure all my packs that I parallel charge and of equal health and cycles.
