Boom block tightness
Should the two halves of the boom block touch or should there be a gap between them?
I have mine pretty tight, but there is still a gap. I'm afraid of breaking something if I wrench on them any more. I've tried pulling on the boom and haven't been able to make it slip. |

And trying to keep the gap equal top and bottom.
That mean the frame is not getting distorted/flexed in that area.
