Default I sold my warp to buy a 550... now am missing my warp alot!

Hey Guys,

So, I crashed my Warp on to me due to dumb thumb and flying too close to myself... I repaired and sold it of (Very cheap!!)

I got a 550 because I wanted to fly further from myself..

But I miss my warp alot.. lol... I just love the design of the head, overall smoothness of the heli.... and how crash resistant it is..

Am afraid on getting another Warp because I may get too hooked up with my 550 that the new warp may just sit collecting dust..

So, apart from agility, what you guys enjoy about flying the warp compared to a larger size helis..?

its a shame you sold your 550... i have both.
i run an indoor heliclub through the winter months when it is too cold or windy to get some good flights in, the warp is perfect for indoor flight, also great outside in the summer as it feels big in the air.

to me a warp is just as stable as a 500, cope's with the wind as good too.

you cant beat the 550, at the field it rips up the sky, the sounds are awesome as it cuts through the air.

it sure is a head turner, so stable too.

No I have not sold my 550....

It just felt very boring to build an Align 550.... Building was truly and enjoyable experience...

Am not very excited about the maiden of the 550.... Got it more than a week ago... just finished my electronics setup last nite..

So, if I'm reading that right you crashed the Warp on your person?
And you're missing it?

You are to be commended for not letting personal injury slow you down any. Hope you're all healed up.

A long time ago a buddy of mine in Texas was shot twice in the abdomen by his wife when she caught him cheating. They've just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and he hasn't cheated on her at all since the time she shot him.

Sometimes a troublesome start makes for a long and happy relationship.

Fortunately helis aren't women and you can have more than one without worry.

Get another Warp! I used to have a Protos, but it was too close in size to the 550 that I just never really flew it. I think the stretched 450 and a 550 size are perfect for a little heli fleet.

The linked thread certainly clarifies things - glad you're ok. By the description I'm not sure being shot twice wouldn't have been less bloody.

FWIW - true story about the shooting - dude flashed his scars while he and his wife were talking about strong relationships. Since the lecture was being delivered to me and my ex-wife I'm assuming he was probably right.

I have both a Warp 360 and a Goblin 500. I absolutely LOVE the Warp and I can honestly say that I have ended up flying the Warp more than the Goblin lately. The thing I love more than anything about the Warp is the sound, or the lack of sound. It is so stinking quiet!

Suthae, i wouldn't like to be in your skin right now
I see tons of seller's remorse in your posts.
I see only a way out...
