I did a quick search on harbor freight and didnt find any copper tape or SMD leds. Can you possibly buy from digikey.com, mouser.com or lighthouseleds.com?

I like to use copper tape with a silver coating on both sides, the regular copper stuff corrodes and looks like a brown penny in no time.

Heres a few links to some helpful items on digikey.com:

http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/AYZ0103AGRLC/401-2014-1-ND/1640123

http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?lang=en&site=us&KeyWords=ED7064-ND&x=13&y=19

And copper tape with silver on both sides:

If you message my good friend RobinAnn41 thru ebay I think she will sell you a smaller package of copper tape, 36 yards is quite a bit.

I can give you some more links later, I'm about to have dinner here.

Man, thats nothing. Ask me about El tape.

Ok for a 450 you'll need some small lipos like these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-7V-120mAh-Lithium-Polymer-Battery-For-Ipod-Mp3-GPS-/180652926417?pt=US_Rechargeable_Batteries&hash=ite m2a0fc0e5d1

Or these:

http://www.jayconsystems.com/product_detail.php?prod_id=289

Use some double sided tape to secure the lipos to the blades, then use shrink wrap like this stuff:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/40MM-1-57-Flat-Width-Heat-Shrink-Tube-Tubing-4-Feet-200GA-Thick-Battery-/170791224090?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&ha sh=item27c3f3431a

Or this stuff:

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1389_226/products_id/20640/n/Team-EPIC-Pre-Cut-Single-Cell-Shrink-Wrap-20

From there, you will need some SMD leds and resistors. Get a pair of tweezers because these things are tiny. And buy extras, if you drop one in the carpet its gone forever. Leds:

http://lighthouseleds.com/led-component-lighting/1206-smd-leds.html

Use this tool to figure what value of resistor you need:

http://led.linear1.org/led.wiz/

Look for some 1206 or 1210 smd led resistors. They are a hair bigger than the 0805s that most guys here will recommend but they are easier to solder and really dont make any difference in the airflow over the blades.

For blue or purple(UV) leds: http://www.ebay.com/itm/KOA-10-Ohm-5-1206-3216-SMD-Resistors-400pcs-RK73B2BTTD100J-/300729979502?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4604e7 526e

For green or white: http://www.ebay.com/itm/KOA-33-2-Ohm-1-0603-1608-SMD-Resistors-400pcs-RK73H1JT33R2F-/290609452056?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43a9ac 5418

For red or yellow: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vishay-1206-3216-100-ohm-5-SMD-Resistors-400pcs-/300668827453?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item460142 373d

When you go to order smd resistors make sure you pick out 33 ohm and not 33k ohm. K means 1000 and thats waaay too high a resistor value.
