Rebuild almost complete

Got mine rebuilt, haven't had an opportunity to get her off the ground solidly yet.

I was having issues with my governor and gyro. I took her off a few days ago, and the tail would NOT hold at all. Put it down and looked again. I re-did all my linkages, actually made everything more "neutral" on mechanical set-up.

The gyro (JR G3703D) was not holding at all. I found I had the gain plugged ito the wrong channel.
Tested for a hover in the back yard, and on startup, the engine went wide open! It would not respond to throttle commands. Thankfully I was holding the head solidly, and it just fought me a little bit. Pinched the fuel line and she shut off. Found the clutch completely fried, so I changed the lining and the clutch disk. All good now.

Found the throttle servo not responding! I believe the governor is not working right either (Model Avionics Throttle Jockey Pro). I have now bypassed the governor, and wired the throttle servo directly into the reciever.
I do not think I was also having my throttle the whole way down on reciever power-up, which caused the gyro and governor to not initialize, and therefore not respond.

Got her into a hover then, and I still could not keep the tail locked. She would rotate clockwise slowly, but steadily.
I THINK I have that figured out now though, as I found my sub-trim had one click of right in it. I assume this would allow it to rotate clockwise, as it was giving it a slight tail command. We'll see, I'll try to get her in the air again, but man - it's making me sketchy!
