Default Time for a re-build?

Hey guys!

Got an OS 55 DRS with the Hatori SAB-55. First off let me say that this pipe is not easy to tune, but when tuned produces some good power.

Anyway. Just hit 10 gallons.. Motor has no power, getting hot and running rich. Running Coolpower 30%.

Last week at the end of my last flight, it sounded like it got lean. Fast forward to today. Tried to fire it up and started, put put on the bench and died. Tried to restart and the glow plug was bad. Replaced it and it starts but it finicky at idle. When taking off I had to rush it into a hover or it would die on ground. In the air it has no power. Richen it two clicks on the mid and it dies and barely hovers. Lean two clicks on mid and it goes lean.

Soooo... Time to replace liner and ring? After 90 ish flights?

Youre probably gonna wana replace the bearings, but Im sure you already know that. Any way if the ring is shiny replace it . as far as the liner goes thats some pretty tough metal and unless it has deep gouges in it , it should be ok. Just get a brake cylinder hone and hit it lighly to get a little cross etching . You will have to go through the break in procedure again if ring is replaced .

Thanks man! Will have to pull the motor to see what's up. I push that motor hard so it wouldn't surprise me if it's just time. We will see!
