Stretch Parts Question
Hi,
I just received a new FBL kit from Experience RC and a Stretch kit from Helidirect. I wanted to go stretch from the initial build. I notice the booms, belts, tail control rod and supports are exactly the same size. Is this accurate? I did receive longer blades and the misc hardware to complete, I'm just not sure on everything else. |

Ya the newer fbl kits with low fbl head are already stretched.
Should just need to swap to 13 or 14 tooth pinion (I run 13) assuming your kit came with 15 tooth. And install pinion support bracket and longer blades (I'm running rjx 470 mm's) As far as the tail pulley the kit probably comes with the 20tooth I opted for the aluminum 18 tooth for higher tail rpm's but the 20 should be fine unless you wanna run really low head speeds.
