Default Hirobo SDX - vibration issues

Hi!

I've had an SDX who I bought just after the release of the machine. However, it only has about 25 minutes in total of flying. This due to an extreme vibration problem. First of I had a brand new Ys 50 ST in it, first tank I thought the vibration were due to running rich. However tank 2 I got annoyed and started to lean it some to get rid of it. Leaned more and more, no success. Then I thought of head setup or problems. So I fbl converted it to eliminate the problem. No success. I bought hirobos 8S conversion to eliminate the motor assembly being the problem. No success. I also realized I had a bad tracking issue. Doesn't come closer than 1/3 inch off between the blades (in flight). I would think that it could both give the vibration.

I got sick of it and gave up (a couple of years ago), since none of the shafts are unbalanced. However, I just purchased the SL option head to eliminate any imperfections in the head. But my question to you, does anyone had any similar problems and any ideas? I'm just about to contact Hirobo in the matter. Since I've spent so much time on it I really would like to get it working. So please, does anyone have any ideas? Maybe clutch bell or tail assembly? But I would think not cause of the tracking issue and vibration so severe that the tail bounces both up and down and side to side.

/Best regards, Andy

Check the main frame assembly for correct assembly, fit of bearings and frame bolts tight.
You have changed everthing else.

I had the same problem when I got the first batch from MRC. Traced it to the 0412-292 yoke. Replace yours and the problem should go away providing there isn't something else causing the issue like not dial indicating the engine start shaft.
