300x Lynx ultra
Did the maidan on my 300x budget build today,Lynx ultra frame, hitech 5055 mg servos on the cyclic, spectrum 3060 on the tail, Lynx head block with plastic grips,Lynx one way hub and slant gear and flying Lynx main, tail blades. Had the build done for a week but having a lot of cold and high winds. After noon the winds dropped to 10-15 and couldn't wait any longer so with a charged lipo in the heli out I went. Did my preflight and with a small prayer spooled the heli up and thanks to the ar7200 beastx it lifted into a nice smooth hover dispite the wind blowing. It never gets old when you put together a heli and the maiden is successful.

Happy Flying!
What setting did you use on the Beast X at Step C/D? 1520microseconds/270Hz? I cannot understand why Spektrum does not list the 3060 to specify this information. Any information gratefully received, Tony EDIT. Thanks for a PM from Helithunder to confirm that the Spektrum 3060 servo uses the default settings of 1520 microseconds and 270Hz Last edited by tony#1; 02-23-2016 at 02:54 PM.. |
