Default V450D03 Mode Change Slams Down

So took an out of the box v450d03 for a spin

When I tried switching between normal and ST-1 and ST-2 flight the chopper slammed down into the ground, even when I was already above half throttle.

I went through the set-up and everything seemed ok. Note, I could not figure out how to see the individual pitch curves for each mode on the Devo7...

Everything is 100% stock but I feel like it shouldn't plunge down when switching between modes when above half throttle...or is it me?

Thanks!

sounds like you hav a problem with your pitch curves, can you post what you have set for normal, st1, and st2 mode? Might help with figuring out what is going on.

If you have not solved this..... google Devo 7 settings on You-Tube and you will find a video showing how to set the pitch and other parameters. Your issue is definitely a pitch curve setting and can be easily solved with the proper adjustment. More than likely, there is too much negative pitch set when the stick is a 50%. Pitch should be at 0% when at halfway point with left stick. Then, negative pitch should increase as the stick is lowered. Back to 0% when returned to half way point!
