I use hyperion 35C 2600mah packs. They are a bit thick so I either have to lay them on their side (which I prefer), or move the canopy posts to the forward location.

2x 1350mah Thor packs and 2x 1200mah rebranded nano-techs.

When they were new I got 7 minute flight time either way since the 1200mah packs were so much lighter. Now that they are older the nano-techs are showing their age quicker than the Thor packs.

On a 6s setup theres no need to go for larger pack sizes. It doesnt add much flight time. I think I got an extra 45 seconds going from 2600mah to 2800mah, but the added weight made the Protos feel a bit sluggish.

There's a 6s gens ace battery now rated at 2700/35C, at least on the http://www.gensaceusa.com/98p-35c-2700-6s1p-6666.html website. Don't know how good it is, looks to be a little different in shape and a few grams heavier, if the specs can be trusted. My turnigies are shot, so I'm going for it.

I've got some 3s 55C 2200's I've liked enough that I've mended the balance wires about a dozen times from breaks, I guess due to metal fatigue.

Glacier makes a 2600mah 30c pack as well. It can be found at buddyrc.com. that's a great site to deal with and I've had excellent results with my other Glacier packs. They are on par with Gens Ace and rumor has it, they are made in the same factory as Gens Ace. I have been using gens ace 2600 mah 25c packs and they work great for fit, balance, and flight time. A 2700 might be even better but I havent tried it. I just got one of the glacier 2600's yesterday. I'll be trying it out but I'm sure its going to be awesome.
