Quick Q on the ccpm interaction video:
Couldnt you set the "bubble level" on the arm of the flybarcage?
Then by just using 1 little pice of gyrotape on each side off the "bubble level" it would be level, seems easyer to me to get the " bubble level " level in that way, opposed to set it on the paddle that is curved.

Yep you sure could! The cage will move just as much as the paddles!

He's using the outrunner that comes with the HDX kit. I have also been curious about this motor. Guess the align motor is still the best bang for the buck.

Thanks Bob,
Shane

Yes I wondered if it was the 420LF or 430 or even the 450TH as I am looking for a new motor for my next Trex and wanted to make sure I did not get the one supplied

Yes it is the 450TH "clone" that comes with the HDX kit. HDX says they are getting a new motor that will perform better.

I will say though that for the price it is not a bad deal..... If your just FF and some loops and rolls it will do fine. It performed very similar to the Astroflight 803T I was using before the 430L came out.

Align sell the 430L not the 450th... The 450th is sold by..... I forget... Just go fly or something like that?...... sorry... But the Align 430l out performs the motor that comes in the HDX kit. I cant say if the "real" 450th is better or not since I never tried one.

They do , do you think the 430L is better than the 450th, heaps of people rave about the 450th. Trextuning 3S test showed it to be very good. I run the 420L which came with my S/h trex and it seems to be a little underpowered. I would rather have a bit more power and run it a little lower in the power.
Whats your opinion.

Sorry but again I have not tried a "real" 450th.... The HDX kit comes with a clone of it so I dont know how they compare. I have been a 430L man since that came out and so far I have not seen a better motor in the same weight class. BUT... i have not seen a "real" 450th so I cant say.....

Makes me wonder why they are not popular over here in California?
