Default 8JH Discontinued?

Tower lists the 8JH as discontinued, but still has the 8JA. Wonder why they canceled it...wasn't on the market long?

I know there wasn't much difference between the two, except the ratchet, correct? IOW, they stopped reversing certain switches anyway, right?

The 10J is on the way. It is basically the 8J with two extra channels and telemetry. I am still wondering how many helicopter pilots actually use telemetry. It's kinda hard to take your eyes of the helicopter to look at your remote. Oh well. The ETA is March.

That's why telemetry has voice so you don't have to take your eyes of the heli.

With my Hitec radio I use telemetry on all my helis with low voltage alarms set for the flight pack.
I plan on doing the same with the 14SG when I get it.

Sometimes it’s hard to hear the alarm so I use the vibrate option. I sure hope that the 10J will have that option.
