Well actually......the Logo 600SE's boom is almost exactly (a few mm's difference) the same length as the Logo 700's. I frankly didn't realize this until I just read "dart's" post above, and went out to the garage and did a side-by-side comparison between the two. It's true

The reason the 700 can swing larger blades, is the boom is mounted further back in the frames than on the SE, and thus the spacing between the main shaft and tail shaft is greater.

Who'd a thought??

Logo 700 tail boom is cheaper than both the Logo 600 and SE booms. Maybe I'll start buying the 700 booms and cutting them down.

Jesse Kavros putting on the usual mind blowing flight. I really like the high speed "hiccups" he does right in front of the flight line. Made me wet my pants the first time he did it. ;-)

A crappy iphonepicture from my maiden.
The machine flies great, after 30s hover I was so confident that I started flying my usual 3d routine.
No tweeking except raised agility..

I hate cold weather and snow..

Pretty sure Jesse runs 2050. I think he also had the 713 Edge SE bolted on there.

Yah yah, I know I shouldn't complain about the weather. Friday hit almost 80F!
