Yes I read it all. The only part that I have from Lynx that came with a written manual is the frame. Everything else I go to their website for. I have left off the o ring a time or 2 myself. I have always caught it while setting the end points for the tail servo. I can be dumb enough on my own. I try to keep the mechanical issues down from the get go. I have learned to check my work then check it again. Come back the next day and check once more.

Right and no o-ring was included, online full tail assembly manual makes no mention of an o-ring. And as I've said in previous posts it did not lock in end point setting.

Well, given the endpoints were set such that it could not lock at the full extent as you say, I wonder if perhaps some other factor could be at play. I suppose something like a weak tail servo, flex in the pushrod or some other form of slop in the linkages could allow it to go beyond the endpoint under load. Just trying to think outside the box...

Definitely not flex in the pushrod of he's still using the 5mm CF pushrod that I made, and he modified.

Nope no flex in rod as it's a solid carbon rod. Tail servo has tested fine and I'm still flying with it.
