Default Kontronik made it right with the HELIJIVE, and new v bar sensor and gov

I went to Ircha and met with Kontronik personally today, they apologized and said they will fix this, and they did.

They gave me another helijive and looked out for me, they fixed the other problem I had, that had nothing to do with them, NO ONE SHOULD USE MODE 8. The fix will come from both sides, the new governor mode on the v bar will be 5.2, (in case no one knew when they change from 5.17 to 5.18 there are minor changes when they change from 5.18 to 5.20 these are bigger changes.)

You can use the bailout on the helijive, I FLEW THE HELIJIVE ALL DAY in mode 4 of course. VERY IMPORTANT if you are programming a helijive in any mode when you pull the jumper out and then go into programming and let's say your programming mode 4 and you hear 4 beeps than move to high stick once it recognizes mode 4 you DO NOT MOVE THE STICK DOWN this is only used for bail out.

You will have to send the helijive in to Kontronik when the update is available it might come when the v bar is updated, maybe a little later, 5.2 should be out in a couple of weeks and is simpler, it also has a saftey feature, so if you plug your heli up first and the radio is not on it will not ARM nor will it spool up this is a saftey feature they added.

There will be a new sensor for the v bar even less prone to vibes and it will be interchangeable.

CSMIC Cant speak on this but wow.

The best combination is helijive with v bar gov together words from mikado.

Kontronik made it right, what more can I ask, I am happy.

New sensor thats coming isusing same sensor as futaba (futaba not making it, its silicon sensing)

Its not immune though, but better to handle vibes.

Does Kontronik plan to make HeliJives in other sizes as well (100LV PLEASE!)?

Does it mean this new sensor is for nitro?
What about the cost of the 5.2version? Hope that it will be free for 5.1 upgrade

But what is the real reason for sensor less sensitive to vibes? I never had issue (only flying electrics) surely if it affects black or even blueline vbar you have an issue???

Yeah. For me the question is: in a "vibeless" heli, will it fly better?

Try getting a 90 size nitro vibration free and let me know when you do.

So how are the 5.1pro users getting the free sensor? Sending something to readyheli and waiting for them to send it to mikado takes 4-6weeks..

Got a TDR on the way in the next couple of weeks. Any estimates on when the updated Heli Jive will be available?

I know that the old sensors have high resolution.
I guess it all relies on the control loop and software, which Mikado is very good at.

My response from Kontronik regarding HJ80Hv was that there will be one but no time frame as of yet.
Never thought to ask about a 100Lv.

So there's going to be a software update(5.2) but also a new physical blueline sensor?

Yes.

I don't know exactly when the updated version will be out, but I do know they are working on it now, it can possibly be done faster with them working together, it may happen with the update in 5.2, maybe shortly after.
