I flew in and flew in and flew it some more. I was almost at the point of selling it but luckily a friend talked me into keeping it. That thing has been nothing but a workhorse since the day I got it.

Kilo23,

I noticed that you are in Sacramento-will you be coming to the HeliFreak Fun Fly and will you be bringing your Warp?

Crashed it into the ground ..

Did 10 lipo's with a lot of fun flying soft 3d with the Warp.
It flew really great.... untill the last lipo... i don't know exactly wat happend, but i was to low on the ground.

Pretty strong stuff that Compass materials.

Damage:

- Main head and tail rotor hub.
- 2 Lingage's
- Skid
- Tail vin

Blades & shafts are still intact and straight. Even the tail boom has no damage.
And luckily the mks servo's are oke too.

A well.. waiting for the repair parts and hopefully this weekend airborne again.

Flew 10 batteries today, Smooth as silk! All that work to get the main gear/tail gear running true paid off.

First Day of the month ... re-maidened and reminded how much I love this thing!!!

Different from Sept to Oct, changed from AR7200BX to HeliCommand 3Xtreme (updated to the latest firmware 202) after a splashdown fried my old FBL unit. It was an impressive first session on the new (to me) HC3X.

Bone stock with a Spirit fbl and GensAce 1600s. Flying it like I stole it... 37 flights in the 4 weeks since I maiden'd it. Much better then the 450x that it kicked out of the nest

People told me the Warp was great in wind, and they were right! Six flights in a breezy afternoon. I usually reserve days like today for the bigger helis, but the Warp handles it like to big heli.

Flew the warp yesterday while I waited for new main bearings for the Atom. It was relatively calm here. I forgot how great this heli flies! It seems just as quick as the atom if not faster.

The thing flies on rails!

i had the same a while ago.

had the atom for a full service maintenance, and flew 4 weeks with the warp.
Last week for the first time again with the atom after the rebuild, but the warp is just a lot of fun to play with. Fast and agile, very good heli.

I have been out to fly mine four times this month (Sunday, Wednesday, and twice today).

I am having a blast with it and just trying to accumulate airtime (for it and me).

Several people have commented regarding how quiet it is (just blade noise and the occasional ping of the belt in the tail boom).

Outstanding little machine!

Some low flying today!

I'm really starting to love this little machine! Like a buddy said: you fly it like you hate it! But I don't!

I finally dusted my Warp off and went through the tracx software to check all the settings. Found some that definitely needed changing, though I can't imagine how they got to be different from what I assume they were.
Now the YGE seems to work properly with the FBL unit. The only problem is that when I hit throttle hold, or set Normal throttle to '0', it takes a couple of seconds before it starts to spool down. There's no delay set up in TH on the TX.

Adjust your throttle range under the governor setup of the advanced menu.

Flew Warp #2 yesterday for the first time in a few days.

Completely reliable! Flew very well in windy conditions!
