Default swift nx help please

I'm attempting to build this kit. PITA. Too much ca and blue lok tite on some parts and not enough on others (from the factory)

The manual says the ball links for the elevator servo should be 46mm. Not. Too short.

Anyone have the correct lengths for the ball links?

I'm wondering what other numbers are incorrect as I'm building.

21.5 mm between the balls on the control arm for the elevator servo sound right?

Measure the bellcrank balls. On my 620, it is 25mm just like the ail and pit. You want it 1 to 1. If it is less than the bellcrank, it will not move enough, if it is more, it will move too much..

I've also found it helpful to download all of the Swift manuals - 550 carbon, 620 carbon, RTF 550 and the discontinued 16, in addition to the NX manuals. Some have better views and updated diagrams/info (like the 620). Not all parts are the same, but many are so a lot of the info crosses over to the NX.

Being that different brand and models of servos output shafts will be in different places ,this makes it impossible for any manufacture to make the linkages correct for all the different applications.I usually just measure from the center pivot bolt on the bellcrank to the center of the servo output shaft. Now make your linkages the same length center to center.
