Unless you can tell the difference of 0.1 degree... then that will do nicely !

""What about the neutral, 0.3 difference, that will do fine ? ""

You must be using a digital gauge ?

Yeah, it will be fine, just means your stick will be half a ball hair higher than usual.

You have to understand that you will never get it absolutely spot on as all mechanical devices suffer from Hysteresis and as such repeatability has a high degree of uncertainty.

The mechanical devices being the Gimbals in the TX and the Rotor Head, Blade Grips etc etc

If its only off by .3 I wouldn't worry about it. If you have 0 at mid stick you can move your collective (throttle) all the way up or down with your pitch gauge on go to swash menu lower your +60 on your pitch setting until you have 12 pitch. That is what adjust your total traveling her the number more the servos move. Lower the number less servo travel.
